Click Start
Click BackupXP to start Backup

it will show that it is copying files
this is normal to rotate old backups

then Winzip will check for files to backup
and will instruct you to press any key to continue

you will see the files as they are added to the new backup file

it may prompt again to press any key to continue if you have  multiple backups

it will tell you when the backup is complete
and instruct you to press any key
hit the space bar to continue

some errors may be normal due to some files being in use by windows

when finished
you will have the backup stored on your PC
it will then try to copy this backup to a CD
in case of a complete failure of your machine.


You should get a yellow popup at the bottom 
"You have files waiting to be written to the CD"
click on it
					
		if not, or it goes away
    		Dbl click My Computer
		Dbl click CDRW-DRIVE usually D:

click File
click Write files to CD

CD will eject when finished

reinsert CD into drive

wait

CD Drive window should come up
make sure backup.zip is there
if so eject CD and Label the CD with backup DATE
Store CD in a safe place

repeat the burning process for the file email.zip on to another blank CD.
