Click Start
BackupXP   
to start Backup

when finished

Dbl click My Computer
Dbl click C:
right click on backup.zip
move cursor to Send To
click on CDRW

If a popup shows up click on it
if not
Dbl click My Computer
Dbl click CDRW-DRIVE usually D:
click Files
click Write files to CD

CD will eject when finished

reinsert CD into drive

wait

CD Drive window should come up
make sure backup.zip is there
